Should additional help be required at this stage, a member of the team is available to help. Step Two: Assessment of Driver Risk Within Your Company. Fleet Trainer can provide online driver assessment for your company employees this is a cost effective way of assessing drivers who may require training programmes/courses of action. We can also supply On Road driver assessment training from our team of Fleet Registered Instructors. This assessment phase will help determine the most appropriate training programmes to invest in, ensuring that any solution is relevant to your drivers and their occupations.
Step Three: Implementation of Training.
At this stage we provide the training to address the risk areas highlighted during the assessment process. This corporate driver training is tailored to exactly suit your needs and address the drivers risk, providing a permanent solution to occupational road risk in your company. Step Four: Analysis of the Training. Driver risk assessment reports will be provided to your company by Fleet Trainer. It's important to assess each individual driver to ensure the training objectives have been reached. Online risk assessment Many fleet operators face a genuine dilemma when considering a risk assessment of their vehicles. They know it's a legal obligation that has to be fulfilled. Now with the advent of on-line solutions, many companies are finding that the process is not only extremely quick and simple, it is also affordable. Infact, apart from a physical inspection of each vehicle, using an on-line assessment tool means that they can rest assured that they have met their duty of care requirements with minimal effort. To carry out the assessment, each driver is provided with a login to our system and as long as they have access to the Internet, they can conduct the assessement in their own time and their risk rating is calculated automatically. The results are collated centrally to provide the fleet manager with the evidence that all risk assessments have been completed and the entire process takes around 20 minutes per person.
